  Service was very friendly and professional. Even though there were only two staff members, they handled each customer in a timely fashion. The interaction between the staff was just as courteous and professional.

  Used to love this place. Not sure what happened. Management change maybe? I used to come here, ask for a sandwich, and GET a sandwich. Now? I ask for a turkey sandwich, I get 4, scrawny, folded over and evenly spaced thinly sliced pieces of turkey. So I laugh a little as she stops and looks up, waiting for her to add the rest. She doesn’t. “Is that it?” Her response was “yes”. Ok. So I ask for more meat, thinking I’ll get twice as much. She adds 2 more meager slices. What about the other 2? “That’s DOUBLE meat, you only asked for extra meat.” At this point I’m irritated so I just let it go. They charge me for the “extra meat” (which honestly still at this point isn’t even as much meat as I would expect to have withOUT paying for “extra meat” but I digress) I pay it, eat a sandwich fit for a mouse, and keep it moving, justifying it by saying “oh she’s new” or “just this one time”. But then it happens again. And again. And again. I’m not eating here anymore. TLDR; wanna pay twice as much for half the food? Come here. Don’t want to get scammed? Go literally anywhere else

  Came in with coupon $9.99 for two meal deals mademanager up her own rule that it doesn't apply to my sandwich. Every other Subway in Baltimore has never said this and their credit card machine was not working. Keep away from this one!
