  I have been with Allstate for some 40 years. Recently, I hit a pothole which twisted my steering and burnt out the Rack in Pinion Computer which was a costly fix beyond my means. Owen Landis Jr. assisted me in taking care of and covering my fix plus keeping my monthly premium at a feasible rate. In a world of Automated on hold service and Insurance companies only taking but not giving, Allstate through Owen Landis Jr. had my back and did what all insurance companies should do.
