  Be very careful of this agent. He completely screwed me over by either not knowing what he was doing or by being deceptive or both. He assured me, on multiple occasions, in no uncertain terms, that Allstate provided a type of coverage that was critical for me to switch my insurance after about 37 years with another insurer. In truth, Allstate did not provide that coverage and I cannot get my prior policies back. Any seasoned insurance agent had to know what basic coverage his company provides. He promised me he would make this right, would find me comparable coverage and he would fix it so I did not have to do so. He then completely abandoned me. He failed to do others things also including advising me correctly. A complaint with the Maryland Insurance Administration will be forthcoming.
