On March 12, 2026, I am filing this formal notice of service failure and demand for a full refund of $54.97 regarding FedEx Priority Overnight® shipment #889529897596, which originated in Notasulga, AL, and was destined for Essex, MD. Despite a payment made at the FedEx Ship Center in Baltimore and an official confirmation guaranteeing delivery by 10:30 AM on March 12, 2026, the commitment has been breached by over ninety minutes as of 12:00 PM EST. This delay constitutes a direct violation of the FedEx Money-Back Guarantee (MBG) and a breach of the contractual obligation for time-definite service. Under the FedEx Service Guide and consumer protection standards regarding deceptive trade practices and false advertising, I am entitled to a full restoration of transportation charges for this failed "guaranteed" delivery. I hereby demand an immediate refund of the premium fee, as the operational integrity of this service did not meet the advertised standards.
