  Honestly I don't even want to give a bad review because the employees Amy and Tyler are great. The assistant manager was very rude. Called them 3 different times and asked if they could manually check for a package that was dropped off around noon. Been waiting a month for whatever reason as it bounced between the same two locations. They told me it was at Linthicum & if I went there with my ID I could pick it up. 40min drive to be told it was there the whole time. Assistant Manager didn't really care, hung up mid call.

  The attendant " Archelle" , l don't know if he's on the spectrum or something else going on that would explain his behavior but his demeanor and overall tone were VERY off putting and condescending . I wasn't greeted , Asked for ID to ship my return. He was rudely dismissive over my shipping request and talked over me as l tried to explain specifically what l needed. I just let him get his rocks off so l could proceed with my business and leave. I witnessed another customer come in and have a completely normal interaction with the other guy working there!
