  Deberían de tener más respeto con los clientes, cancele mi póliza y ¿como saber el nombre de todos los de la oficina? Ósea? Es difícil no? Le dije a uno de ellos que la cancelara y la señora que hablaba español no estaba igual la cancelé con el personal de inglés luego volví a llamar para confirmar la cancelación porque no salía cancelada una semana después le expliqué lo que había pasado al personal que hablaba español y me salió la señora ofendida diciéndome con voz molesta “y para que sepa no soy la otra me llamo Leticia” no señora yo le decía la otra persona porque no tengo tiempo para memorizarme los nombres de todas las personas en el mundo, si me entiende no? En otra vez intenté ser amable y no tan tosca y falta de entendimiento en ese punto... aparte de eso, muy mal servicio porque no dan descuentos en la póliza ni porque ya el récord de manejo estaba limpio... no gracias no deseo tener de nuevo la experiencia de tomar nuevamente esta agencia como proveedor de seguro para auto o casa... They should have more respect with clients, I canceled my policy and how do I know the name of everyone in the office? That is? It is difficult right? In another time to be nice and not so rough and lack of understanding at that point ... apart from that, very bad service because they do not give discounts on the policy when the driving record was already clean ... no thanks I do not wish have again the experience of taking again this agency as a provider of auto or home insurance
