  Worst customer service ever! Purchased a battery two hours ago from another location found out that my mechanic ordered the battery ready and is working return it to this location because it's closest to my house and they told me that they could not accept the return. I would have to drive back to the location where I bought it, which was about 40 minutes away called the second location closest to my house and they said sure bring it right in. I called back this location and they said well that's their policy however that's not what it says at advanced auto parts website or according to the other location. Horrible customer service will never ever go here again and will not recommend it. Not even worth any stars.

  Usually have good experiences at this location, but 30 minutes before closing at 9 needed a tool in a pinch and got turned around at the door. Update the hours?

  Went in with a dead battery after only a year and they honored the warranty on my receipt without question. Both the original purchase and this warranty exchange went super well. The guys there are always very polite and respectful. Both battery installs were done with care and attention, including corrosion prevention. Highly recommend Advance Auto for car batteries.
