Matt the manager was so rude and horrible to me. He does not have compassion. I told them the make and model of my car to order a part which they ordered and somehow the part did not fit my vehicle after I gave them the make and model. The part had a defect this man told me he would not refund me or switch the part. Which I then asked for customer service and he told me it doesn’t matter if you call them, they will do nothing but call him and he going tell them the same exact thing. I was pissed and out of $165. It wasn’t even about the money it was the fact that I trust them with ordering a part and it was a defect and I didn’t get any compassion or apology I was basically shut down. I will never ever visit this store again!

Online it says this location closes at 9pm. I arrived at 8:13 after being turned away from another location and the doors were locked. Complete waste of time. Please update your store hours.

The staff was very friendly and informative. They helped me find the windshield wipers I needed and even helped me by putting them on the car. They offer very reasonable prices.

I recently stopped in this Advance Auto Parts, and I received excellent customer service from Wilson who was able to figure out which part was best to use for my vehicle. He even took the time to take a look at my vehicle and tried a sample of the item prior to me making the final purchase to ensure it was the best fit for my vehicle. I definitely recommend, and I will return in the future to Advance Auto Parts, which is a great place with great customer service for your auto care needs!
