  Online it says this location closes at 9pm. I arrived at 8:13 after being turned away from another location and the doors were locked. Complete waste of time. Please update your store hours.

  The staff was very friendly and informative. They helped me find the windshield wipers I needed and even helped me by putting them on the car. They offer very reasonable prices.

  I recently stopped in this Advance Auto Parts, and I received excellent customer service from Wilson who was able to figure out which part was best to use for my vehicle. He even took the time to take a look at my vehicle and tried a sample of the item prior to me making the final purchase to ensure it was the best fit for my vehicle. I definitely recommend, and I will return in the future to Advance Auto Parts, which is a great place with great customer service for your auto care needs!

  I would like to share a truly exceptional experience I recently had at Advance Auto Parts. While there, I had the pleasure of working with Matt, whose knowledge and professionalism stood out immediately. He took the time to thoroughly explain the battery options for my vehicle and provided clear, precise information that made my decision easy and confident. I also appreciated not having to install the battery myself, and Matt exceeded expectations with the quality of his work. He carefully used PB Blaster to pre-loosen bolts, preventing any damage, removed the assembly properly, cleanrs all surfaces, applied dielectric grease & protective pads to the terminals, and reassembled everything with great attention to detail. He even finished by applying anti-corrosion treatment to all polished areas. It has been quite some time since I’ve seen this level of care and craftsmanship. If you need a battery, I highly recommend asking for Matt—his service truly goes above and beyond expectations.
