  The most HORRIBLE, TERRIBLE, customer survive you will ever encounter unlike any other Advance Auto Parts I have ever visited! PLEASE Retire the old man he is just mad cause he is working at this age, but he can’t just take out his frustrations on the general public! Let him stay at his home and let his family give him a hug! Respect the policy, rules, regulations and working hours of the company you work at!!!

  Today I went to Advance Auto parts with my husband, which we said we would never spend another dollar there because of the poor customer service we experienced @ the Rolling Rd. Location, but however we decided to try a different location & Quentin was really helpful and super nice. It’s really good to know it’s still people out here who care about others and there situation. Courtesy takes you a long way.

  Fantastic customer service!!! They helped me with a return issue that another location refused because they tried to tell me that their policy was that, I had to take the return back to the original location I purchased it from. The guys here were so Helpful, Respectful, Polite, and I would absolutely recommend this store!
