  This shop is great. The one guy working was friendly and speedy yet still had time to chat with me and the customer behind me.... To the reviewer complaining about being greeted: This is not a giant box store with minimum wage greeters. This is a great franchise that stocks what it's local customers need. I had been looking for an inverter for my cigarette lighter for camping...and I had questions about fixing the ding in the cars paint.... This is a well stocked place. Rare these days because we got to use these stores if we want to keep these stores!

  I mistakenly bought the wrong size hex bit socket and returned within a few days with my receipt to request a return. The store refused the return. The front desk lady staff member I spoke with during my visit (Thrusday/Afternoon shift) was not polite and did not handle the situation professionally. This experience was disappointing, and although the store is close to my home, I may not return.

  I don’t know how this place even has 4 stars. As soon as I walked in I wasn’t even greeted like a “hi” or “hi how are you” & so I told the lady I was looking to get a battery for my car and before I could even get out the year make and model nor did she ask me, she said they can’t install it with an attitude. It was 40 mins before close and I had no intention of getting it installed but her attitude immediately was not right. Seems she did not wanna work before closing because another customer came in and she asked the guy to take him. My family who was here a few days ago also had an issue with her walking about the store and doing nothing but taking forever to get them a pick up order that was ready. Seems she doesn’t like her job.
