  09.20.26..This location made my situation more Stressful than it needed to be. I purchased a battery for my Nissan Truck at another location and it was the wrong size. I came to this location with the battery and receipt to exchange it for the correct battery. The gentleman at the counter was very nonchalant about my issue. He put the information in the computer and said this was the right battery. Im explaining to him that my Son just tried to install this battery and it doesn't fit! He didn't volunteer to come outside and look at the battery in my truck or ask any additional questions to locate the correct battery. By this time my Son(Who is a Diesel Mechanic)walks in the door and tells him the same thing and of course his tone changed. My Son had to take the original battery out of my truck for this dude to see the difference in the size of the battery! As my Son was taking out the battery, I asked the young man could he go outside and look at my original battery. He did but by then my Son had already taken the battery out of my truck. I did get the correct battery and my Son installed it for me and I was on my way!! I wonder would this issue have been resolved if my Son hadn't came to the store to assist me?? Or I would still be at the counter debating about a battery that didn't fit my vehicle. Poor customer service at its Finest!

  ​Terrible customer service. I came in to drop off used oil for recycling, and the older woman at the counter flat-out refused to take it. She claimed their pickup truck hadn't come yet and refused to let me leave the sealed bottles, explicitly stating she just "didn't want bottles laying around." Recycling is a service they are supposed to offer, but her lazy and rude attitude made it a complete waste of time. Go somewhere else.
