Love this store! Lucas was extremely helpful, polite, and knowledgeable. The entire staff was friendly, efficient, and made the whole experience easy. Eric, the owner, is an awesome guy and it’s clear he cares about his customers and business. Thank you gentlemen for all your help yesterday. I’ll definitely be back!

I ran out of tape on one package so I didn't have enough for the second, I recognize that tape isn't free but $2 to put at most 2 1ft strips of tape on a box seems a bit ridiculous to the point that I was so taken aback I didn't even realize until after I walked out that the one package they did take, they just DROPPED on the floor behind them. Mind you the package they did take was a router return to my Internet provider. To bad the receipt for that one doesnt include a name
Service was extremely slow, waited 30min when there was only 4-5 people in front of me. Then I was charged $4 for a single line of tape.
Edit to UPS's response: From reading other recent reviews, my experience was not uncommon. There was a system problem, but it didn't affect their ability to process the returns - they just couldn't print out the typical confirmation receipt. I've used Whole Foods Amazon returns for years now, there could be 15-20 people in front but it never takes more than 5-10min and I've never been charged outrageous fees.

Always very helpful
The level of service at this store deteriorated rapidly under bumbling and inept new ownership. I've been a loyal customer since they opened decades ago but not anymore! I'm pretty sure a carrier pigeon with a blindfold on would be a more reliable way to send a package! Absolutely awfu!!!!! I miss the old employees who actually knew how to do their job. Go to Severna Park instead and save yourself a lot of time and aggravation.
