  When i go to this store people are never nice per se just to the point never Hello Thank you or come back... just to the point "return" "receipt" and start talking to someone else even if your still standing at the counter

  ⭐ 1 STAR — If I could give zero, I would. Absolutely the worst customer service experience. I have been dropping off prepaid USPS packages here for over a month without an issue. Today, I brought only eight packages and was rudely told that was “too many” and that I could no longer use the USPS service they openly advertise. Meanwhile, there was an entire container by the door already filled with USPS packages. Apparently, accepting eight additional prepaid packages—requiring virtually no effort from the staff—was simply too much to ask. Why advertise a service if you’re going to refuse it whenever you feel like it? The staff was unfriendly, unhelpful, and dismissive. Being turned away from an advertised service because eight packages were considered “too many” is ridiculous and completely unacceptable. I will gladly take my business somewhere that actually values its customers.

  Everyone at this location is super helpful and kind. I’d go to any UPS store before a usps or fedex or any other shipping place because of how easy they make things!! Need to shout out employee, Lucas, for helping me with so much enthusiasm and knowledge on how to handle my returns! Thanks!

  Love this store! Lucas was extremely helpful, polite, and knowledgeable. The entire staff was friendly, efficient, and made the whole experience easy. Eric, the owner, is an awesome guy and it’s clear he cares about his customers and business. Thank you gentlemen for all your help yesterday. I’ll definitely be back!
