  Always quick and courteous. I have a lot of Amazon returns and I appreciate that they have a self scanner for times when there is a line - I can just scan my QR code and drop my package. Jayjuan was particularly friendly and fast when I brought in my last package.

  I had a great experience at the UPS store today. Jayjuon was very helpful with my transaction today. He was kind, pleasant and was able to help other customers while still helping me out.

  Jayjuan was quick to offer assistance and very courteous through the entire process. I did not realize that I needed a label to be printed but he jumped in and solved the issue for me. He has a great upbeat attitude that is refreshing. This UPS location has always offered me great service since the change in ownership a while back. I am happy to see another great team member there to assist me whenever I need their services. Would gladly recommend this location to others.

  I always ship from this store and everyone is really nice and very efficient. However, Jayjuan stood out because I have never met him before today. He was very efficient, knowledgeable, and very friendly with so much patience!!

  JayJuan Booze was fantastic. He offered me a receipt for my drop off when I hadn’t even asked for one and jokingly said your wife’s not gonna be happy with you if you get home without proof that you dropped them off! And then I had to come back a second time because I couldn’t find the QR code for another drop off. his scanner couldn’t read the QR code and he helped me increase the brightness of my screen so that it would. He was very friendly, very helpful very professional and I really want to make sure that this gets credited to his account.
