  I sent a package to my son across the country almost 2 weeks ago, and it still hasn’t arrived. I’m trying to track the package, went into the local store, and the kid behind the counter said my coworker comes in at two. He can help you. I called four times this morning and no one ever answered the phone. Now I’m trying to track the family treasures that were sent to my son and nobody seems to be able to help me. And he says look around. I’ve been very busy today. Young man, that’s not my problem. Someone needs to get an adult in the store who can run things and answer questions when a customer comes in. This is not acceptable.

  Just left this store, there were four customers waiting. This employee could not have been any slower if he was asleep! I was the second person to be waited on and only need to send a package with a label. His voice was so low I could not hear him and thought he was asking for my number which is customary, he was not. Finally finished and now there are ten people waiting and one employee, one woman took her unpacked items back to her car as she wasn't sure he could pack them properly after seeing his behavior with others. This store is horrible been coming here for many years as it is close to home but will go to another more efficient ups store in future.

  Jayjoan Booze as always, very helpful and with a smile. He treats people very kindly , I go out of my way to go to this particular UPS!
