  I had a truly outstanding experience at this UPS Store, thanks to JAYJEAN Booze. He was professional, friendly, efficient, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. I came in with a box that needed to be secured, and JAYJEAN immediately took care of it, carefully taping it up and making sure it was ready to ship safely. What could have been a simple transaction turned into a reminder of what excellent customer service looks like. JAYJEAN has the kind of positive attitude, attention to detail, and genuine willingness to help that makes a real difference. He represented this UPS Store exceptionally well and made the entire process easy, quick, and stress-free. People like JAYJEAN are the reason customers come back. He is a true asset to this location, and I highly recommend this UPS Store because of the outstanding service he provided.

  I use the store all the time for work and it’s always a quick and easy process, which I appreciate. Everybody is always really helpful and accommodating. Im in there a lot so I always work with Jayjuan who’s also normally in there and he always very helpful and nice.

  This used to be the worst UPS Store in the area. But now it’s the best. On my recent visit, the young man that helped me was super helpful and had a great attitude. I’ve probably got his name wrong, but I think it’s Jayjuan Booze.

  I came in and there was a huge line, Jayjuan Booze swiftly and expertly helped every customer with a smile on his face! Some of the best customer service I have ever received at any UPS location. I am so glad this is the store closest to me, as I dont ever want to go anywhere else! Model employee, this man deserves a promotion!
