  This UPS store is a scam. I went in with a prepaid label for a UPS small box. Showed them the label and asked for the right box. They sold me an oversized box, and now I've been billed extra for shipping as well.

  I am writing to commend the staff at this UPS location for their outstanding service on April 24, 2026. I visited the store in Annapolis that day for assistance with my documents, between approximately 12:10pm, and the staff member who assisted me, named Conrad, was exceptionally professional, patient, and efficient. He carefully guided me through the process and ensured everything was handled properly, which gave me great peace of mind. During a particularly busy and stressful period for me, his kindness and professionalism truly made a difference. It was a wonderful experience, and I am very grateful for his help. I hope this message can be shared with him and recognized internally. Thank you for providing such excellent customer service. And thank you to Conrad specifically!

  My mom went this location to return an Amazon package and the person at the counter was very rude talking to her. If this location didn't take amazon packages amazon would not have stated that it does. I do not like the fact that someone disrespected my mom so this is very disturbing
