Genuinely the worst customer service I have ever received. Went in with my girlfriend to order some subs and were polite as usual since we both have worked jobs like this when we were younger (they usually are not enjoyable in the slightest). Despite my best efforts to be polite the long haired chubby young man refused to look at me and was extremely rude. I’m baffled as to how someone thinks it’s appropriate to treat customers like this. The man could have done everything wrong making my sandwich and it wouldn’t have bothered me but there’s really no excusing a bad attitude like that in customer service. I asked him for chips and a drink while he was ringing me up and when I asked for a cup the dude sighed like I was bothering him and tried to convince me I hadn’t asked for a combo. Just an awful rude attitude and zero effort or communication. It’s subway bro just smile and make the sandwich. The nerdy looking kid with the glasses seemed chill though. Don’t go here yall!

nice and quiet , i like it here. nice employees and super chill good at what they do! they seem to care and that’s always nice to see in the service industry. coming back soon i hope. italian meat sub is fire! thanks guys.

Can’t mess a subway sandwich up but this place is trash - rudest people I’ve ever met guys with long hair needs a customer service class. Good thing I’m not local because this town and establishment seems a little …… 😳🪢

The staff SUCKS at this location. Was there last night & the boy with glasses making subs did not greet or acknowledge us in any way. He couldn’t even smile. He was not friendly at all, & that’s a big part of being in customer service. When both my husband & I placed our orders which were very simple, we had to repeat everything a few times, to the point where both of us were getting annoyed at him not remembering what we asked for so we started talking very slow to him to make it “easier” for the worker, which didn’t help, & we still had to repeat everything several times. It probably took him 20 minutes to make 2 simple subs.
This kid clearly seemed miserable at his job, but you can’t treat customers like he did. Fake it till you make it.
IF I ever come to this location again, I’ll probably place an online order & hope it gets don’t correctly.
