  Store (Annapolis Mall) supposed to open at 1000 and at 1015, it still isn’t open with staff inside.

  I stood in this store for 20-25 minutes with 3 associates and 4 customers including myself. Only 2 of them were in store ahead of me. I was completely ignored the entire time. Even after they acknowledged and attended to the mother daughter duo that came in after me. Not even a "i'll be right with you." Once an associate was free, she began straightening the store and I had to actively summon her to help me. It wasn't until AFTER my transaction was approved that she apologized for the wait with an awkward laugh. If I hadn't needed these boots for tomorrow, I would have walked out. Terrible. Just awful. As an affordable luxury brand, you all should be better.

  They're a popular brand, and appear to maintain some level of chic. They play their part pretty well; the service is helpful, but staff impart the spirit of the brand. Not really my type of stuff, neither functionally nor in terms of the "fashion statement, " but a nice addition to the mall.
