  I had to run in there to get a document printed out... it was getting late in the day. The young lady behind the counter was extremely friendly and helpful and I was in and out of there in 3 minutes. Being in the hospitality business it's wonderful not to get a nasty face or look when you come in 20 minutes before closing from the staff. I will always use that location in the future.

  Here is the updated review with that detail added: --- Rating: 1/5 Stars I visited this FedEx store recently and had a terrible experience with the staff. The location itself is really nice—modern, clean, and new—but unfortunately, the customer service does not match the aesthetic. When I arrived, the guy at the counter was completely unhelpful. Instead of assisting me, he spent over 8 minutes chatting casually with a female friend while I stood there waiting. There was zero sense of urgency or acknowledgment. To make matters worse, Marykay was incredibly snippy with me. When I tried to ask questions or get help, she got sarcastic and argumentative instead of just assisting me like a normal professional. It felt like she was looking for a confrontation rather than trying to solve my issue. I was polite the entire time, but she seemed annoyed that I even dared to ask for service. Neither of them showed any basic courtesy or professionalism. It’s a shame because the store looks great, but the staff completely ruins the experience. I will be taking my business elsewhere unless they seriously improve their customer service.
