  First off id like to say I'd been a customer at this store for 10+ years and never had a issue with any of the staff, every one that has worked there has been extremely professional until this one employee. From what I know she is a new manager that was recently hired AND IS THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, AND DOESNT HAVE THE SLIGHTEST IDEA OF HOW TO DO HER JOB. This lady was on her phone while "helping" customers including myself, screaming at what I assume to be her children, mind you she was yelling at the top of her lungs while i was on the other side of the counter. Im looking aroud to see if this is actually happening and other are looking confused also. This wasn't the only incident that day. I was there to buy engine oil and filter for my vehicle AND THIS LADY DIDN'T KNOW THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN ENGINE OIL AND TRANSMISSION FLUID!!! The other chashier had to stop helping their customer TO FIX HER MISTAKE! How in the world a company like this hires incompetent MANAGERS like this is beond me. Since then I have taken my business to the autozone up the street. I have filed a complaint to the advance auto customer service but seems like nothing will be done. If i could add the audio recording of that day to this review i would but seems to not have the option. This incedent occurred on 04-17-26 at around 7:10pm

  Terrible service and had people waiting in line forever. Need a staff change and making Advance Auto chain look bad.
