  Superb staff from top to bottom. I went here recently due to problems from a battery that I did not even by from Advance Auto. Before long, several of the staff members were helping me and actually helping to correct the problem. I found out afterward that one of those fellows was the Regional Manager, Mike. I'm sorry for forgetting the other gentleman's name. Greg, the Manager, had been just as helpful a few days earlier. I wanted to write this review earlier but couldn't figure out how to do so. I'm big on looking at reviews before I buy a product or go to a certain store.So I hope that those of you out there that are like me and that aspect will put a lot of weight towards what i'm saying now. This advanced auto team is the best auto parts place in the area, hands down. Thank you Accokeek Advance Auto Parts!

  This place is a joke!!!!o have been up there 5 times in the past 2 days for brake pads and rotors and they’re giving me the wrong parts EVERY.TIME. The amount of gas and time I’ve spent driving back and forth after someone has already taken my wheels off, is CRAZY! I even did ALL of the research. Looked up the parts myself with my VIN number and after that, they gave me back the EXACT same parts they gave me the first time. The box that was opened was taped back up. Maybe they should get some people who actually know what they’re doing in there. This is unacceptable and quite frankly, pissing me off. Do better!! Made the people who actually love cars and know what they’re doing, quit because of yalls incompetence. Maybe reach out and get Caleb back in there and pay him for the time and effort he puts into people and their vehicles. UPDATE 7/19 Once again went up there to get the parts. And once again, given the wrong parts. My mechanic is now charging me double for his time. Although the rotors are for my car…. I gave them the part number AGAIN and they gave me rear rotors instead of front rotors 🙃 immediately gave another chance after this review and I am highly disappointed.

  Gregory was excellent, held his cool and assisted the customer with a calm demeanor, should be promoted to management. As a former AAP corporate employee, I appreciated his customer service. Others weren’t very helpful, but I am glad Gregory was there.

  I went to Advanced Auto Parts in Accokeek, MD to purchase a car battery. They’re out of my budget. Spoke with the manager and told him that I couldn’t afford it and I was going to Costco. He said he understood and would install my batter complimentary. I’m so grateful for managers and staff that will go above and beyond for customers. You will always have my business. Thanks for being there for me in a crisis.
