  I feel sorry for the young adults having Cherise as a manager. She's very rude and unprofessional! You can't make any complaints being that the store manager is her sister, Asia. I'm not surprised that this store is closed down considering the nasty behaviors. Hopefully they reopen under new management.

  Would be 0. Ordered pick up and it was supposed to be ready at 3:40. I got there at 3:42 and checked the pick up area which was empty. There were 2 people working and 2 people in line. I was not even acknowledged until 3:50. I was asked my name and only then did they START to make my sandwiches. One of my subs was supposed to be an Italian BMT. When I got home it was just barely cooked bacon with the toppings. I am assuming they read the ticket as a BLT but that's not acceptable. I should have watched them make it since it was ready when I got there like it was supposed to but I shouldn't have to. There was no apology for my wait, I was just handed the sandwiches with barely a glance in my direction. I will never return.

  Both times she put VERY little food on the bread. Never happen at any other Subway.
