  Went to ship a small item. I had it pre packed with my address and the address I was shipping to clearly marked, they said it would need to be shipped in their box. He presented a 18x14 box which is atleast 5-6 times the size of the item i was shipping. I asked how much the total would be. He quoted me 13.64 but they did not mention that the box cost 13.99 until everything was already packed and sealed and I was ready to pay. Will not be going back.

  If I could give 0, I would. I do not appreciate the customer service at this FedEx location. Every time I go there, the same redhead lady is there as if she never has a day off. She always asks me “What’s inside the box?” in the nastiest tone imaginable. I understand they are supposed to ask that, but they say it more professional at other shipping service locations like UPS and USPS. She is very unprofessional and always gives me a hard time when I come in there. I tell her the same thing every single time and she always looks at me like I’m lying. Tonight was the last time I will be going there. They definitely lost my service. If they let her go, maybe I’ll go back there. She’s their nastiest employee and needs to quit. Her attitude is unnecessary and unneeded. Stay away from this location if you want friendly customer service.

  Easy In, easy out. When I visited they only had one person working the counter. it worked out okay for me but as I was leaving someone was arriving to ship a whole bunch of packages. My guess is you could get held up if it is common for them to only have one person working the counter.

  Why do they have a Fedex sign up if Fedex does not pick up there. Only expresss sooo should say that. Just drive to bel air or walgreens if have the time.

  Staff very helpful .. Good place to get copys and your e-mail print out..
