  Over 20 minutes waiting in line to complete a happy return. Two people working and the one who eventually assisted kept going back and forth and would disappear. I would pick a different location, especially if you have some place to be.

  Only one associate working, he’s doing lamination, have a line full of customers not stating anything, self scan machines don’t have paper in it, sorry customer service

  I've always had excellent service at this location. The last time I went in there a customer that was giving the associate and manager a hard time about her order that she hadn't paid for yet and she was trying to get a refund. She had an entire tantrum. The staff were trying so hard to explain to her that she wasn't charged for it and they couldn't give a refund, but if she wanted the item it was $5. They were calm and patient throughout. My service was super fast and easy.

  Terrible customer service! Whoever the Customer Service representative Tabitha is, was extremely disrespectful and not helpful at all. I’ve ordered from UPS before and had no problems but this lady was not only disrespectful but unprofessional, she hung up the phone after I called her out for being snobby and matched her tone.Be aware if she answers the phone I paid to have my package delivered on a specific day only to call and realize UPS changed my delivery date to a Monday when I wouldn’t be available to sign. When I raised concern about paying for the scheduled delivery date over the phone the representative responded “well then you need to contact the person you ordered the package from”. Mind you.. I paid through the UPS website. I don’t get off work until 4 and the package requires a signature which is why I paid for a day when I wouldn’t be working. The representative continued with snobby comments until I finally called her out and responded accordingly and she hung up and I never received a call back. Terrible experience and UPS needs to do better!
