  Basically today i went in there and both of the guys at this location were nodding out obviously high. Didnt even seem fit to stand. I wish upper management would take tjis drog problem seriously

  Great service by Daniel!! After going across the street to AutoZone and waiting for 5 minutes of being waited on, I was told that they didnt have time to put windshield wipers on and that I would have to wait. It was like go somewhere else. Why..no others customers in line..so I went across the street to Advanced Auto Parts and was treated like a queen by Daniel. He was kind and it only took him 3 minutes to put my windshield wipers on and even told me about the warranty to buy. Great job and thank you Daniel for treating me with respect and saving me money. I will tell my friends about this store! 5 stars for customer service!

  If I could give no stars I would! Came in to get brake pads, front and rear, oil and filter, and engine and Cabin air filter. Informed the counter tech that I am pregnant and urgently need to use the bathroom. He proceeded to tell me they have no public restroom, I then informed him it is illegal to deny a pregnant woman in Maryland a restroom no matter the circumstance and he still the refused to let me use the restroom. My husband has always been a loyal customer to advanced auto and gets all of his materials needed from them, being a mechanic he has spent plenty of money with the company. Since we were refused the restroom I could not purchase the parts needed because of my urgency in needing to use the bathroom and made it a point I will not be going back! Luckily there is an autozone across the street and didn’t have to go far. Very disappointed with your service!
