  Ordered delivery because we live across the city, have a 1 year old baby, and the weather was dreary so we didn’t want to leave the house- 20 wings, large cheese fries, and large ranch. Our food arrived with the cheese fries missing so we called the store to let them know. The manager offered a refund of either “$0.50 cent to $2” or we can come pick up the fries. You read that right.. no exact amount for a refund but we can get $0.50, $0.57, maybe $1 or if we’re lucky, $2.The refund offer was disrespectful. The delivery fee (not the tip, we also paid the driver a tip on top of the fee) that we had to pay was more than the offered refund. Had to put up an argument with them and the next offer was a coupon for free fries next time or a refund offer of $6. We took the refund because we don’t plan to ever eat with this place again who out greed over customer.

  Complete trash the staff are useless rude was eating off my order ! They also denied handing the wrong order to a doordash delivery driver claiming the order was picked up and after the driver left I heard them say the order was ready. So they messy sloppy and don't know how to run a restaurant
