  I had to ship a large wooden trunk from Mass to Michigan. Wasn’t sure how it would work, but Max (I think, the manager) helped me unload it and explained how they would pack it. Well it just got here to Michigan in perfect shape! He was very helpful and it only took 3 days to get here! Liz

  On Friday, July 31, I received a notice at my house that I had to pick up a package at this location as there was nobody home to receive it. In all honesty, the notice did not indicate when the package would arrive at this UPS location. I went to the UPS store on Saturday, August 1 in the morning and was told that the package was not there and that it would be available on Monday, August 3. That's all I was told. I went there around 9:30 am on Monday, August 3 to get the package and was told by the same person that it still wasn't there and that it would be available after 11:30am or so. I asked in a quiet tone of voice, is there some reason why I was not told that it would be available after 11:30am as I was only told it would be available Monday. The person, I'm not sure whether it was a manager or an employee, said, "Well you weren't told to be here at 9:30am." I immediately left and I said out loud that such comments were very disrespectful. As I was leaving the building, I believe I heard the person yelled, "No you're disrespectful ". Thoroughly unacceptable customer service and utterly disrespectful people there in my opinion. At a minimum, on Saturday, it would have been appropriate to have said, "Please return on Monday, August 3 after 11:30am and it should be here." I repeat this was completely unacceptable and disrespectful customer service.

  1000x better than the one in Holden - i had small print job that wasn't coming out right and the guy didn't let up until it was perfect. will repeat

  The commitment is clear from the two ping men working that the guest comes first. They never fail to greet and say thank you.
