For me, this UPS store is the one store I can only and always go to. They are quick, fast, comfortable, easy and the best thing is near where I live and they have a lot of good type of services. Give it a chance you won't regret it Plus I've been coming to this UPS for many years and for me I wish I could give it more than five stars

I would not recommend this location based on my experience with the store manager and customer service.
I visited this location to print a document. When I arrived, I saw the pricing sheet and understood that using the computer cost $6, but I did not realize that the same charge also applied to printing. After printing my document, I paid the fee without any issue. Later, when I spoke with my sister, she mentioned that when she printed at another location, it only cost a few cents. Because of that, I returned to the store simply to ask for clarification about the pricing and to see if there was any possibility of a refund.
The associate called the manager over. Unfortunately, instead of greeting me or asking what the issue was, the manager immediately asked if I had read the pricing sheet. I answered yes, and he responded by saying, “Well, I can’t give you a refund because I can’t take the ink out of the paper and put it back in the machine.”
I found this comment extremely disrespectful and unnecessary. I calmly explained that I felt his comment was inappropriate, but he denied saying it and continued arguing with me about how different franchises have different prices. I completely understand that store policies may vary and that refunds may not always be possible. I was not trying to be difficult or disrespectful I simply wanted an explanation regarding the charge and to ask if a refund could be considered.
What made the situation worse was that this entire interaction happened in front of other customers, which felt very humiliating. In the end, I thanked him for his service and left the store.
I will not be returning to this location because customers should be treated with professionalism and respect, even when they have questions or concerns.

Very rude! There was no where to park so I backed into the only space which was partially in front of the door. I got on line, and when I was next in line they made me go out to move my car which was not blocking foot traffic. I asked to be helped first they refused. I move my car over 2 feet to the left and got back in line, loosing my place. When I showed the info to return an item and shipping label on my phone I was told they could not print but if I wanted to pay $3 I could again get out of line, pay and print and then they would help me. I walked out went home and printed the label. My time is valuable and the way I was treated and the laziness and rudeness of staff has left a bad taste in my mouth. I do not like using this service unless I have no other options.
