  Employee picked out the wrong screen saver and phone case. Charged me for them then realized they were not the right ones. Was not given any form of receipt. I went and picked out correct items for my phone. I asked for the price of the correct items, he said together they were $30.00. I asked for refund of original purchase and asked him to recharge for correct items. He said he could not do that. The store does not have a way to do this. ? I said there is no way to correct an error? He said no they do not do that. He said it was his mistake and said he would pay me out of his pay check. I told him you cannot charge someone for a different item than what you are leaving the store with. I asked for manager or DM's number, called it and it was a bogus number. Read the number back to him he said it was correct. Told him I was short of calling the police, would file a complaint with the better business bureau and the general attorneys office. I called the police and because I paid with a card I would have to dispute with my bank. I did! Will be filing other complaints and will be calling a news station about this to expose this shady store.

  Alexis BIG DOG...This is the guy right here...remembered me from months before AND my issue AND took care of my mama who doesn't have a clue w phones. Good guy nice guy....the girl I forgot her name but she was super nice too
