  I was visiting a relative when my battery died in my 4Runner. I was able to get it jumped but the relative had no tools I could use to change the battery. I called Advance Auto Parts on West Boylston St. In Worcester first thing in the morning and he said "bring it over and I'll put the battery in for you' - no charge. It doesn't stop there. The 4Runner holds both a shorter (35) or longer (24F) battery. The larger battery has more power, handles accessories better and is a better fit. The dead battery was a 35 which I would have replaced if he hadn't explained the differences to me. He didn't just sell me what I was looking for. He went outside to my car, looked at what was installed and offered two choices with the pros and cons of each. I was able to make an informed choice. Knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and priced fairly.

  There are plenty of better auto parts in the area, we don't have to put up with places like this. Napa, Reillys is way better. Disorganized store, lazy staff; while I was having a disagreement with the bald manager, someone else walked out cursing him out over his poor service.

  Had a pretty good experience. They had 7/8 of the things I needed. Offer a good battery warranty. Friendly staff. Wish I made an account. They have a rewards program also. Will certainly be back for more business.

  Anthony was amazing with help with our needs, replacing battery as well as taking the time to figure out why car is not starting. Thank you so much all staff are friendly and very helpful 😁

  Came in for a dead battery and was helped right away! Very efficient and made sure everything worked before letting me drive off the lot. No grumbling and very nice employees even though I came in 30min before closing. Sal was amazing!
