  Sunday 5/3, I came here for an alternator when I walked in there was a bit of a line and I debated on leaving and going to another store but it was cheaper as here than other stores ( I've bought one here in the past ) so I decided to wait while in line I heard someone in the front ask him "are you here by yourself" and he kinda smiled and said yes. When it was finally my turn ( the wait was not that long at all) he handled it with grace and was still super polite and efficient, after he found my part and I paid I let him know he was doing a great job and good luck!! If I remember correctly his name was Carlos. Im sure others that were in the line can say the same. I say all this to say that I'm happy I waited and great customer service is still out there, even when it's one employee dealing with a rush. I used to work in customer service ( I know how hard that can be) so regardless whether his colleagues called out or his boss left him or whatever the circumstances were he was handling it beautifully! Props to him!

  If I could give this store manager a -10 I would. I walked in and I made my way to the counter the store manager started to walk away and I caught him look at me from the corner of his eye as he continues to walk away. This store has lost a customer for life! Go see Angel at O'Reilly's! This is where I'll be setting up my business account No thanks on the offer and you will not be seeing me again 👎
