  I bought some parts here about during the old management and needed to return them due to them not being used and still in correct packaging. As the NEW manager Jeremy looked for them he said not found in the system at all and I explained to him I have a bank statement and the same card I purchased them with and Jeremy was the one who told me to look for them so it can help me to find the history when I show him the bank statement I was told there’s no way he can get me the refund back and as he walked to the back I over heard him say I probably stole them… yeah no how if I have a bank statement? (even though I followed his instructions) as I still have these parts that are worth $300 I could be using it to spend the money there. This place deserves 0/5 stars for bad management and very bad help! Keep in mind this store doesn’t give the right advice and will falsely give you hope into making sure “you get the help you need”

  Came into the store for a simple lug nut $14 that's insane! It's a lug nut it's not gold plated probably cost 20 cents to make! I literally just ordered all 20 for my Grand Cherokee online $22! Auto parts stores going to be a thing of the past because we're ripping off customers!!

  They went above and beyond to find a part for our expedition. They only had one left in stock and took 3 people to find it. Great service!!
