  A man named Nicolas Delcua has allegedly been attempting to send suspicious packages between states through UPS Stores in Massachusetts. I was personally present when he insisted on taking a photo of the store employee behind the counter without consent, seemingly in retaliation after being denied service. She repeatedly asked him to delete the photo from his iPhone, and only after being pressured did he finally agree to remove it. The entire situation was uncomfortable and inappropriate from the start. It’s disturbing to see people attempt to damage the reputations of honest businesses and employees simply because they were unable to carry out questionable activity. I’ve used this store’s services many times and have always had positive experiences with the staff. They have been professional, respectful, and helpful every time I’ve visited. I’ve also seen another negative review targeting the Burlington location that appears misleading and inconsistent with what I witnessed. False accusations and retaliatory reviews can seriously harm hardworking employees and local businesses. People should be cautious about blindly believing these kinds of claims.

  I’m so grateful to live near this UPS store. They’re always friendly, helpful and have the perfect suggestions for packaging and my shipping needs. Always thankful for their help!

  I live i live in Revere,Mass , but I come all the way here at UPS store in woburn, Mass. just because of Sejal Patel,she is extremely kind, professional, and truly cares about her customers. Her service always makes me feel welcomed and valued. Highly recommend this location thanks to her amazing customer service.
