I honestly don’t know why I tried to give this location an opportunity every time I go in there nothing but an issue. This time I had something I needed to return literally had a QR code that shows no box or label needed and she insisted I needed a box. Insisted that I try to hold my baby with one hand and shove it into this little package that clearly wasn’t gonna fit because the merchandise was vacuum sealed upon delivery. The staff are not helpful lack simple customer service skills. Show no compassion as I’m trying to hold my baby. This has happened multiple times.
You can report this location staff, but based on the reviews, you can see that they don’t care how this This location treats their customers.

1st time I went the Store opened 20mins late people were waiting but whatever I wasn’t in a hurry anyway. today I go in and the Amazon return I was doing the box needed a piece of tape the staples were not really holding so I asked do u have a piece of tape he says “we sell tape over there” so again I said you don’t just have a piece of tape back there u could just throw a small piece on to hold it down and again “we sell tape over there” I said oh ok nevermind I could see if there was people waiting in line but there was nobody but the way it was said was kind of rude he could of said oh I’m sorry we’re not allowed to tape anything for people it’s policy or something? Most Amazon returns I do are no box or label needed and they just take it and bag it up a ln tape it up so I didn’t think a piece of tape would be such a big issue. But I’ll goto the other store where at least they will said good morning an maybe have a smile on their face an be happy to help.
