  Went in on Saturday to get a battery replacement and had a really nice experience. This is after going to Autozone in Stoneham and Malden and having a bad experience. The associate who assisted me was patient and showed genuine care, if he didn’t know something he asked his boss who was also a really nice guy. They helped me get my battery and ensured I had what I needed. They asked the necessary questions to ensure I was taken care of. After my experience with Autozone this place was like a breath of fresh air, finally people who wanted to ensure the customer was taken care of. It’s easy to write bad reviews and people often forget to also write good experiences wanted to ensure I did. Cars working great thanks for the help.

  My husband went by for a battery as the one in his truck died at the dentist office down the street from the store. I didn't get his name but the really nice man at the front desk was really nice and extremely helpful. Thank you so much for all your help. 🙂

  Clown world. The ghetto version of an auto parts store. You’re better off going to the other two part stores in town.

  I came with my friend last time to see if they could help me find a good oil for my car and they seem like they were busy talking to each other . So unprofessional .
