Pankaj Patel was the employee who took care of us, and he was literally the nicest Subway employee ever! He greeted us with such a warm, enthusiastic smile and immediately made us feel so welcome.
We asked if it was okay to eat there since they were closing soon, and he was so incredibly kind. He told us that even if he had to close, he would leave the door open for us until we were finished eating. That level of kindness and customer service really stood out to us!
Great service and such a genuinely friendly person. Thank you, Pankaj, for making our experience so wonderful! 😊❤️

I placed an online order that included a footlong veggie sub. I essentially asked for extra everything except for lettuce because usually there is way more than enough in their regular portions. When I opened it at home I was so disappointed. There was barely anything in it. Mind you, this a sub comprised of just veggies. No meat. Cheap not typically filling vegetables. There was TWO SMALL tomato slices, ONE cucumber slice. I wouldn't even expect that with the "regular" amount. Nevermind extra. I should have asked for extra lettuce because I actually thought they forgot it at first there was so very little. But, I'm not sure that would have made a difference considering the above. I will never order a sub from there online again because this is not the first time. If you're not standing in front of them telling them exactly what you want they skimp like this. And again not understanding why considering it's literally just vegetables and no meat. Common sense tells you that you should fill it. I ended up taking the little bit of veggies from the other half and combining into just the one half. I felt like I was just eating bread. That's all I could taste and it definitely did not fill me.
I ordered the Wednesday Meal of the Day, which is advertised in the store as $6.99 for a 6-inch Sweet Onion Teriyaki meal with a small drink and chips or cookies. The same sign says "+$3 Make It a Footlong," so the advertised price for the footlong meal should be $9.99 before tax.
I ordered exactly that, but my receipt shows I was charged $10.59 before tax, bringing the total to $11.33 with the 7% meals tax. There were no add-ons listed on my receipt that would explain the difference.
I tried asking the employee who appeared to be the manager why the price didn't match what was advertised directly behind the counter. Instead of taking a moment to explain, he seemed focused on rushing through the conversation and getting to the next customer. Eventually, I felt like I just had to give up trying to get an answer.
What made the experience even more uncomfortable was how this same employee spoke to another worker, who appeared to be a younger teenager. He called him out in front of customers for moving at a slower pace in a way that I felt was embarrassing and unnecessary. The whole room went quiet, and the interaction made it genuinely uncomfortable to continue being there.
The price difference itself is small, but that's not really the point. If a meal is advertised as $6.99 with a $3 footlong upgrade, customers should be charged that price or clearly told why it costs more. And beyond the pricing issue, customers shouldn't feel rushed for asking a reasonable question, nor should the atmosphere become uncomfortable because of how staff are being spoken to in front of everyone.
