  Went to Advanced Auto Parts on Church St. in Whitinsville with a battery that I thought was running low. I asked if they could run a test for me which they did and found out it needed to be replaced. The boss, unfortunately I didn’t get his name, was super friendly and helpful and had me out of there with a new battery in no more than 10 minutes. 10/10 would recommend if you need a need battery in a rush.

  So I needed a retaining clip for my headlamp for my Ram and went over to this Advance Auto location. Talked Jim and he knew exactly what I was talking about. Jim went out of his way to help me, event went out back looking for it!!! Totally a great service and I really appreciated that! Highly recommend! Thank you, Jim!

  They are responsive and helpful. They looked up various air filters for my RAV4 and took my Chinese hydrolic oil that came with my dewalt log splitter. Local and nice to deal with

  I had a great experience at Advance Auto Parts in Whitinsville Mass thanks to Jim! I went in to have my battery checked, and he confirmed it was fine—but he didn’t stop there. Jim took the time to thoroughly look into what might actually be causing the issue. He tried multiple jump boxes (three of them!) and stayed with me the entire time until we were finally able to get my car running. He was kind, friendly, patient, and truly went above and beyond to help. A+ service! If you need help, Advance Auto Parts is definitely the place to go. Thank you again, Jim!
