  The best UPS store!! I have been to the store about 10 times since they opened! I’ve had a great experience each time! They have the best customer service! They are super friendly, knowledgeable, the service is super quick, & their hours are great! Highly recommended & wouldn’t go anywhere else!

  Outstanding Customer Service! I had an amazing experience at UPS Store #8153 thanks to SHID. I came in with multiple returns, multiple emails, different labels, QR codes, and honestly had everything mixed up and couldn’t figure out which package went with which return. Despite being the only employee there and having a store full of customers, SHID never once made me feel rushed, stressed, or like I was a burden. He was incredibly patient, kind, professional, and thorough. He took the time to go through every single email with me, helped match every return to the correct label, and made sure everything was processed correctly before I left. As someone who sometimes struggles with organization and can get overwhelmed when dealing with multiple tasks at once, I truly appreciated how understanding and helpful he was. He listened, stayed calm, and helped me sort everything out without making me feel embarrassed or frustrated. Customer service like this is rare. SHID turned what could have been a stressful experience into a positive one. His patience, professionalism, and willingness to help went far beyond what most people would have done, especially while working alone and assisting multiple customers. UPS Store #8153 is lucky to have him. If management reads this, please recognize SHID for his outstanding service. He made a lasting impression, and because of him, I’ll happily return to this location for future shipping and return needs. THANK YOU, SHID

  Best UPS store in the area. The service is quick, and I never have to wait long. Their opening hours are very convenient, making it easy to visit before or after work. The employees are always friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to help. Great experience every time I come in.

  I had such a great experience at this UPS store! I went yesterday to the UPS in Weymouth to get my stuff done. By mistake, some of my pages were printed double-sided. They were so nice—talked with me, got everything done fast, and even redid the pages free. The next day, I told them all the pages had to be one-sided, and they reprinted them for free, didn’t charge me for notarizing three more pages, and even gave me a free envelope. I highly recommend them! The team is amazing, super friendly, and they’re all from Pakistan such kind people. As an Iranian, I felt so welcomed. I recommend this place to anyone in the area. If I lived here, that would be my spot!
