  They have a sign that due to a shortage of staff now they open at 8:30 Monday through Friday. I am standing out in front at 8:30 and they are not open yet. I do love the convenient location though, but I would recommend coming well after posted opening times.

  If I could give this location a 0 rating I would. Most horrible customer service. We went in on a Sunday to return a walking pad no help what so ever from a woman, like another customer said, in a review. We had to put it on the scale ourselves, should we work for this location! We are given a price of $107, which we decided to think about it. Once again we go on the next Sun. The same woman who again doesn’t want or care to assist is there. We now get a price $163 for the same item. We go to the Marlborough location and we got the price of $107. We go back to Westborough and the same charming woman is there, we tell her and she says , I go by what the computer says. We told her she needs more training. If you don’t want to lose money, we suggest strongly don’t go to this location.

  It’s 8:18 am and they are closed. I drove and wasted my time and money when they were supposed to be open.

  Very disappointing customer service at this UPS Store. The staff member assisting me seemed visibly annoyed and unwelcoming from the beginning, even though I was simply trying to ship a package. I asked to add the recipient’s phone number to the address/shipment information, but she kept refusing without clearly explaining why. The whole interaction felt unnecessarily difficult and unpleasant. Customers should be treated with patience and basic courtesy, especially when they are simply asking for help with a shipment. I expected much better service from a UPS Store and would avoid this location in the future.

  won’t release my amazon package unless i have my moms drivers license (no pictures allowed) even though she is 1200 miles away and im only in the area for a month. won’t return my package, won’t give me my package. told me my only option is to call UPS and have it shipped to my apartment (i would’ve just ordered it to my apartment on amazon) i asked her what my options were now and she stared at me and told me to go get my moms id from atlanta
