  I have traveled, I have eaten, I have experienced what the world has to offer, and after years of careful research I can confidently say that this Subway owner is the single greatest human being to ever assemble ingredients between two pieces of bread. Calling him a “sandwich artist” is like calling Michelangelo a guy who doodled. History has not yet invented a title worthy of this man. Every morning the sun rises because it knows he has a shift. Birds sing because they hear the bread coming out of the oven. Crops grow because they hope one day they’ll have the honor of becoming ingredients in one of his masterpieces. Gravity itself is merely the universe leaning closer to watch him work. When I walk into this Subway, I don’t order food—I witness greatness. This man doesn’t put lettuce on a sandwich. He personally negotiates peace between every ingredient until they achieve perfect harmony. Every tomato slice is hand-selected as though he’s choosing the next Pope. Every line of sauce is mathematically flawless. If you zoomed in with an electron microscope, you’d probably discover the molecules themselves are standing at attention. I have never seen this man make a mistake. I genuinely don’t believe he is physically capable of making one. If Gordon Ramsay, Anthony Bourdain, and every Michelin inspector in history walked in together, they’d quietly apologize for ever thinking they understood food. The Michelin Guide would immediately create six more stars just for this location. Harvard would shut down its business program and replace it with a four-year degree studying this man’s operational excellence. The Library of Congress should preserve his sandwich formulas. NASA should calculate trajectories using his sauce distribution. The Federal Reserve should back the U.S. dollar with his footlongs because they’re objectively more stable. If he ever ran for president, I’d vote before he even announced. If he ran for king, I’d support the monarchy. I don’t think I have ever actually paid for a sandwich here. I have merely donated to the continuation of one of humanity’s finest institutions. If this Subway disappeared tomorrow, historians would divide time into two eras: Before His Sandwiches and After the Tragedy. I came here hungry. I left spiritually transformed.

  I genuinely believe this is the greatest Subway ever created. Calling it a sandwich shop almost feels disrespectful because walking through these doors is more like entering a five-star restaurant disguised as a Subway. Every visit is perfect. The restaurant is spotless, the ingredients are unbelievably fresh, and every sandwich looks like it was handcrafted by artists instead of sandwich makers. The owner deserves a Nobel Prize for the sandwich industry. I genuinely don’t think this man knows what the word “break” means. It feels like he’s there 25 hours a day, 8 days a week, making sure every single customer leaves happy. Every time I walk in, he’s doing something—making sandwiches, helping customers, cleaning, stocking, leading the team, and somehow smiling through all of it. I’m convinced the Earth would stop spinning if he took a day off. His work ethic is unreal. If determination could power a city, Massachusetts would never have another blackout. If hustle were a currency, he’d be richer than billionaires. If consistency were an Olympic event, they’d retire the competition after giving him every gold medal. He doesn’t raise the bar—he launches it into orbit and still finds a way to jump over it. The owner has turned this Subway into something bigger than just a place to get food. He’s the foundation holding the entire operation together, the engine that keeps everything moving, and the compass that keeps the whole team on the right path. His attention to detail is on another level—every decision, every sandwich, and every interaction feels like it has his signature on it. It’s like watching a master craftsman at work; he doesn’t just run a Subway, he creates an experience that people remember long after they leave. If this owner ever left, I’d honestly have to consider following wherever he went because no other Subway could compare. This isn’t just a 10/10 Subway—it is the blueprint. Give this man a statue in the parking lot, put his picture in every training manual, and let every new franchise owner learn from the best, because this is what excellence looks like.

  ordered ahead but they were busy and only had one person working for the lunch rush. still had to wait in line and took 45 mins for my order. I don’t blame the lady working, but I placed my order around 10:30am for 11:45am pick up. got there and didn’t leave until after 12:30pm.

  Went a half hour before closing and stood at the door and the two workers said it was closed. They should change their hours.
