    The drivers who deliver are trash and need to be trained or fired. They lie and choose to do what ever they want with people's packages. When they arrive to the front they say its undeliverable and continue to skip the route. Especially at 1386 Dwight st. They don't care about the packages and the customer.

    I have been going to UPS for years. Hands down the best!! Amazing customer service always!!! Happy efficient respectful fun staff!! I have shipped some CRAZY fragile things( including tall glass Xmas trees ) and never once has anything been damaged . Being a business owner myself I have high expectations and they exceed them every time!! They are truly exceptional professionals who always are happy to help me! Thank you to all of you!!! I so appreciate you taking such great care of me!!
