  I had the pleasure of visiting your West Springfield, MA store today. I went in to have a check engine light diagnostic checkout. I dealt with two different staff members, a woman at the front register, and a young gentleman who did the diagnostic checkout. Both employees were awesome! They were friendly, professional and knowledgeable! I would gladly recommend this store/location, and whenever I need auto parts in the future, I will definitely go here first!

  Upon entering the store even as it was slightly busy, myself and everyone was treated with respect and enthusiasm by Mr Fredric B. Its very nice and far to seldom to see someone really take pride in their work and giving the customers the best experience as possible! Very well done Fredric!! much appreciated.

  Staff here is really good i dont know anything about cars but the staff there takes their time to help me and make sure I get exactly what I need
