  Delivery guy leaves my packages on the stairs in the rain every time. I have a porch and every other delivery service delivers to the door. I will never select FedEx for delivery or shipping! Customer service is awful. Ban Fedex

  I have 2 packages that they tell me they can't find the address shipment have the address but because my package was a bit havy side they side this time they said that they just got the shipment yesturday when I show them the shipment was there for 2 day and they said the couldn't get the package because is a lot that I will recibe a call like I dont work and have time to sit at home weighting for a package and why pay for a service that im not going to get they blame it on the driver quick like I'm going to be calm by it they take my money and my time

  This place sucks, they keep delivering to the wrong address this is an ongoing thing for a year now when I call I get rude people no one wants to fix my issue it's not hard to deliver to the right address. I wish I could give them a -star not 1 star

  My only regret is I cant give them 0 or negative stars. Rude incompetent people with no regard for customer satisfaction. The best way for FedEx to rebuild their reputation would be to shut this place down fire all the employees and start over again. Horrible experience, I would say contact me and we can discuss the situation, but, I'm certain it would be a waste of my time.
