I had a not-so-great experience in this store a while back and decided to give them another chance today. That was a mistake on my part since their customer service has not improved at all.
The woman behind the counter ( one with bleached hair and a big bubble gum in her mouth) and the middle age man with the beard act like they are doing a favor to the customer.
I had an Amazon return, my preferred place for these returns is always Whole Foods in Wellesley where they provide a wonderful service. Unfortunately, for that specific item Amazon wanted to return to UPS and that was the closest.
The woman behind the counter had a terrible attitude reprimanding me about the QR code I provided without even trying to make it work. According to her, it was not big enough or bright enough. I kept my composure while trying to make the code satisfactory for her. Then she started touching me, I asked her why she was touching me, she apologized and continued to complain about the code. I handed her my phone so she could fix what the problem was, she refused saying she has a different kind of phone. The man was on the phone, not knowing what was going on. He approached us when he heard the woman complaining about the code and ordered me to go to my Settings. In the mean time, more customers were lining up behind me. I refused to do so since all those QR codes perfectly work at the post office. I told her to give it a try at least once, she unwillingly did and the code worked! I told her she created a problem for herself and me when there was none. She called me nasty and told me to leave. I couldn’t help myself and said “ no wonder this store got only 2 stars for customer service”. Then the man threatened to call the police. I don’t know if they are co-owners, but they deserve each other. They treat the customer like dirt and neither of them did anything to extinguish the situation.
I hope Amazon will drop them soon. For next time, I am willing to drive further instead of giving these two my business.
It is hard to understand how they stay in business with all those complaints online. I could give them minus 5 stars if it was possible.
I will also reach the UPS headquarters and also Amazon to complain.
Stay away from this UPS store unless you need extra stress in your life.

Bad experience! I dropped a box to the UPS store, the associate didn’t provide any help, but just kept saying “I’m not working for you, don’t do this, don’t do that”. I didn’t expect any extra help, but it was not good feeling be educated and blamed for just dropping a box.

UPS store employee (male, middle age, with brown beard) was quite rude, so much so that a review was needed. Just go to Rt. 9 UPS in Natick- it opens at 7am and they are very nice.

My daughter and I visited this location to drop off a package for the first time. When we entered the store, the associate was assisting another customer and did not acknowledge us. Once he was available, he told my daughter to place the box on the counter in a dismissive tone.
The counter appeared unstable, and the box almost fell. My daughter simply tried to steady it and prevent it from falling. Instead of understanding the situation, the associate rudely raised his voice and told her not to touch the counter. She politely explained that she was only trying to keep the box from falling.
He then informed me that it would cost $3 to close the box, which was not an issue at all. The problem was not the fee—it was the tone, attitude, and lack of respect we experienced throughout the interaction. It was clear that he was capable of being courteous, as he had been friendly with the previous customer.
Fortunately, another employee, a woman who came over afterward, was much more helpful and professional.
I believe customers should be treated with respect and kindness. I hope management addresses this issue so future customers have a better experience.
