    Trust the reviews. The customer service at this store is very poor. They did not provide any help in finding my package and made me feel like an inconvenience.

    Usually a decent experience with returns at this location. As an Asian person the old man behind the counter told me that the tongs I was returning were “funny looking chopsticks” and “didn’t look very authentic”. Some comments don’t need to be said out loud. I have noticed this old man has a habit of commenting on customers appearances. A strange and disrespectful experience.
