  I am writing to express my profound gratitude for Kavya. I stopped by to handle some returns today with my 20-month-old , which is rarely an easy task—and Kavya was an absolute life-saver. She was amazingly patient, stepped in to help me pack up everything, and guided me seamlessly through the entire process from start to finish. It’s so rare to find that level of genuine care and customer service.!!

  I am writing to express my sincere gratitude and admiration for one of your employees, Daisy. I visited your store last evening with a particularly difficult Amazon return. The item had originally been vacuum-sealed, and it needed to be repacked and labeled before it could be shipped back. I simply could not get it back into the box on my own. Daisy patiently stepped in and helped me repack the item, despite how incredibly challenging it was. Her kindness, patience, and willingness to help made what had become a very frustrating situation completely manageable. After I left the store, I realized I wanted to recognize her for the outstanding service she had provided, so I returned to ask her name. When I came back, I saw Daisy in the back of the store further securing my package to ensure it would be safely shipped. She certainly didn't have to do that, but it spoke volumes about her work ethic and commitment to providing exceptional customer service. It's clear that Daisy takes great pride in her work and genuinely cares about her customers. I have been a regular customer at this UPS Store—especially since the pandemic—and I have consistently had positive experiences with your team. Daisy's service, however, was truly exceptional and deserved special recognition. Please extend my heartfelt thanks to Daisy and let her know how much her efforts were appreciated. Employees like her make a lasting impression, and I hope she receives the recognition she has earned.
