  have always loved Subway’s food, but today I was very disappointed with the customer service. There was a young employee I had never seen before who acted as if he couldn’t understand me. I believe it was because I have a strong Brazilian accent. They laughed at me, which made me feel embarrassed and unwelcome. Fortunately, an American gentleman standing next to me repeated exactly what I had been saying and even pointed out that he had understood me every time I repeated myself. As a loyal customer, I found this behavior very disrespectful. I understand that accents can sometimes make communication more difficult, but every customer deserves to be treated with patience, kindness, and respect. I hope this feedback helps ensure that no one else has a similar experience.

  Food was amazing, and the place was clean, which was really the thing that brought my review up. As soon as I walked in, I was met with two Indians, talking in their language. Once I tried to order the Indians looked mad that I interrupted their conversation. I then proceeded to order a sandwich with just cheese, and the guy kept repeating; “just cheese? Just cheese? How about vegetable? Just cheese?” That made me feel crazy, and the workers then looked at me like I was an alien as soon as I tried to pay. The Indians then started snickering and laughing at me in their language, and I felt like I was being made fun of by the Indians. Overall great place and great food, but from now on, I’m ordering online…..
