  Walked in around 8:30 pm and the only guy working was mopping the floor, and looked at me like if they were closed and didn’t want me to step in because of his mopping. He continued to ask me what I was going to order while I’m standing at the front door so I don’t step on the floor. I asked if they were open because the door said 11 pm and he said they were open until 10 so I was still confused. He got upset and told me just come over and order but I had to order from a distance because he mopped the right side. I asked if I could eat here since it was so awkward he said yes but on the table located where didn’t interfere with his mopping. Once I paid I told him that usually places wait until the day is over to do stuff like that so he doesn’t get mad at me for stepping on his wet floor. The whole time he was with an AirPod talking and laughing at the situation, just crazy service I have never seen. I hope management looks at these reviews because this customer service is ridiculous !

  Went in here one day and their smoke detector was chirping. No problem. Went in a month later and it was still chirping. Kind of concerning at that point. I ordered a sub and when I asked for a little extra ranch on it the guy making it looked annoyed at me and went "pffft". Like what's that supposed to mean? Right as he was about to ring me up another customer walked in, who I assume was his best friend, because instead of taking 2 seconds to let me pay he just began talking with his friend and started making a whole sandwich for him. When I finally got to pay the chip reader didn't work so he got angry, took my credit card out of my hand and tried to do it himself only for it to not work a second time, and I'm almost positive he was cursing at me in a different language because both him and his friend started laughing and I can't imagine him saying something about a chip reader being that funny. In hindsight I should have left as soon as I heard that smoke detector chirp and I should have ate somewhere else because I paid $20 for a sub just to get home and find a hair in it.
