  The hotel experience was just OK… until Chris saved the day! He was so kind to my kids. He helped get them into the pool when the door was locked. He helped get fresh towels. He helped my kids get a lil desert. All without asking for any help. He was just there. And he was just a warm, kind and easy to talk to and a perfectly friendly helpful person. More places should have a person like Chris. Stay at this location. Ask for help from a tall dude named, Chris. He’s the best. You’ll have a safe, happy stay here with him. THANK YOU, CHRIS! PS - Thanks for sharing a love of Pink Lady apples. You rock!

  I’ve stayed here previously and my experience has been great. Staff is friendly and responsive. Amenities are very good!! No complaints from me!! Will come again!

  Used this as overnight stay on the way to philadelphia. Clerk was accommodating got us in a room early. Room was fine, Restaurant very good, Excellent coffee service, Nothing's special breakfast. Solid stay excellent price really great staff

  I have stayed at alot of Best Westerns all over the country and even at this particular one before but this visit missed the hospitality mark altogether. We did not have a properly working toilet, the shower head was disconnected, the tub stopper was totally broken, the floor carpet was stained to the point that I was afraid to put my bare feet on it. There was no stationary seating available in the room. We only had the bed to sit on. When we asked if we could get a chair for our handicap room we were told that "the 2 queen bed rooms ARE NOT allowed chairs ONLY king bed rooms." I found that unbelievable and said so. The young lady then went on to say that that was THEIR hotel policy. I took it upon myself to ask other guests if they had chairs in THEIR 2 queen bed rooms and of course they said they did. The last unbelievable event was that the young man who checked us out came out of the office area with a gray and black HAIR BONNET on his head. That kind of thing seemed inappropriate in a business setting to me but that's MY personal opinion and debatable. But nevertheless when I asked for a printed receipt reflecting a paid balance he said he couldn't give me one because he had not changed the date yet. All of these small incidents created a very poor experience and reflectation on their ability to serve professionally. I returned to this Best Western because I enjoyed my previous visit years ago but apparently leadership has changed and so has the service. I won't be returning. There are lots of other hotel choices.
