  Don’t use the kiosk it’ll be wrong and not the temperature you want it Specifically drove for an arguably bad sub, the only thing I wanted was to not have to heat up dinner. Love it

  My boyfriend and I were served by an unloved, rude lady, who asked my boyfriend something and he didn't understand, because it's hard to hear when the person is not in the mood to talk, has an accent and is far away (separated by a counter). Instead of looking into the customer's eye and repeating the question politely, she got angry and whispered "am I speaking in Chinese?". I don't understand why a person who hates his work likes to spoil other people's experience. How to feel the taste of food if your throat burns with anger after a terrible service? If you don't have love for your work, please don't take it out on customers, it's not our fault that the company doesn't pay you properly.

  All 6 subs were gross. Too much sauce dressing that tasted weird and the bread was all soggy. Order from any other location.

  Rude staff. Closed at 8:43 pm, when the listing says it's 9:00 pm closing time. Refused to serve.
