  The staff was kind, helpful, and educated on product knowledge. They helped me find everything I needed and what was not available they were able to get it in for me and explain how it works when it comes to getting it in. All four of the people working today were very helpful and attentive on making sure I had everything I needed

  I had to share my experience at Advanced Auto on Broadway in Taunton, MA. While I was in the back comparing a few things, the manager and her staff seemed to forget I was there; she was using the F-bomb while speaking with them, and as I listened, they discussed failing to do right by customers. One employee suggested telling people what they want to hear even if it won’t fix the issue, mainly to keep them moving. The manager stood in this group chat at the front, and I waited for a response that never came. After a few more negative remarks, I decided this isn’t where I want to spend money—especially if an employee might steer me wrong just to sell something and move me along. In any business, common courtesy means giving customers accurate information; helping them builds trust that what you say is true, which is why you are in this line of work. Finally, the language from that blonde female manager didn’t set a good example. If you want a quality team speaking professionally even when no one is around, it builds character, keeps them respectful, and shows they are good at their jobs. It begins at the top: if the manager doesn’t lead by example, you can expect the team not to act or speak properly.
