  I would like to file a complaint regarding the employee who was working during the day at this Subway location. The customer service I received was extremely poor and disrespectful. We ordered the Meal of the Day, and the employee refused to give us salad with our meal. There was also an issue when I went to grab chips. After I had already explained what I wanted, she told me I could not take the chips and handled the situation in a very rude and unprofessional way. What concerned me most was the way we were treated throughout the interaction. I felt that we were being treated differently and discriminated against because of our race/nationality. The employee’s attitude made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. Customer service at this location was unacceptable, and I would appreciate management reviewing what happened and addressing the employee’s behavior.

  I went in with a gift card and guy was so rude. It’s a online gift card u scan it. Like get with the program. I used it at 2 other subways. Worst customer service ever. Will never return to this location again
