The food is good and the customer service is alright. My initial issue is how staff is treated. It was over 80F in that establishment today and they were not allowed to turn on the fans. (OUTSIDE was WAY cooler!!!) I was DRIPPING sweat just STANDING there. Poor lady behind the counter looked so distressed but STILL gave amazing customer service. This subway honestly needs to do better for their workers. Not only is it distasteful for the EMPLOYEES but, to us customers as well because their dying over our food. Let them turn the air on when NEEDED. Poor employees.

This is the worst subway in springfield, massachusetts.I don't recommend this restaurant to anyone.That is looking for a fresh sub. These people at this location are unprofessional, not polite and they don't follow direction and then blames you for their mistakes.
I doubt they can actually read because they messed up my order badly adding a bunch of unnecessary stuff, I didn't ask for. Then don't want to fix it. Do not go to this location.There's too many other locations and this state to be giving your money to them. If I could give them zero stars, I would, but that's not possible here.

Great location. Always have friendly service and the owner seems to take care of the property well. Keep it going with the friendly staff and I'll keep coming back!
