  We did an online order for a coldcut. 1st off she didn’t add any meat lol wtf and she didn’t add cheese. We called door Dash and my daughter went to return it . Guess what the worker said ? Oh some people like it without any meat so I just did it like that. Even though the receipt says a cold cut and add all the toppings unreal they will hire anybody out here they need to start hiring people with common sense and also start hiring who pay attention. Take their phones away. They worry about the wrong things instead of customer service. You don’t have to worry about me going back up there I own three businesses one in Palmer one in Connecticut and one on Hampton Beach I will never in my life hire anyone who does what they want and not what the customer wants. Unreal. Do better subway sumner ave . Waist of money . Won’t get a dime from me or my family again!

  The Subway on Sumner Ave consistently makes delicious sandwiches. Ordering via the app is easy. Sandwiches are fresh and surprisingly full of my chosen ingredients. Staff, even when busy, have been friendly, responsive and take pride delivering a top tier product and customer experience.
